Tucked away in a cozy Los Gatos hideaway, Manresa’s repertoire is influenced by Northern Spain’s Catalan region with a splash of France. With his farm-to-fork approach, David Kinch’s dining room is quite often referred to as “French Laundry South”, a moniker well-deserved. Because the menu changes every night, there’s not necessarily a signature dish, just a culinary experience that is consistently somewhere in the range of perfect to sublime. It’s no wonder Manresa was awarded two Michelin stars.
