Unless you like your food “Ay Caramba” hot and spicy, don’t go to Los Dos Molinos. Don’t purposefully navigate to this fringe South Phoenix neighborhood, and, whatever you do, don’t try the amazing adovada ribs or boneless country-style pork marinated in red chile sauce. If, on the other hand, you can indeed stand the hotter than hades heat, you’ll love this New Mexican spot in what was once silent cowboy film star Tom Mix’s hacienda. The great fun includes some 50 tequilas, along with colorful music, artwork, and patrons. There’s a no reservations policy so be prepared to quaff a libation in the courtyard while waiting. Think of it as pre-meal hydration; lord knows you’ll need it!
