While traditional in location, i.e. The French Quarter, Chef Scott Boswell’s menu is far from predictable. Stella!, Named for the famed character in “A Streetcar Named Desire”, will wow even the most adventurous palate. Absolute must-have starters are crisp veal and shrimp dumplings and the “Nawlins-style” iron chef chile prawns while the “duck five ways” entrée never fails to impress. Wind down with banana-stuffed french toast and then walk it all off on the foot-friendly streets of the big easy.
